Mohamed El Gazzar

Mohamed El Gazzar is a Senior Associate at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, based in Egypt. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, with over 15 years of judicial experience in Egypt.

He has served as a Judge in the Economic, Criminal, Civil and Family Courts, as well as a Public Prosecutor for several years. He also worked at the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (FRA), where he was responsible for financial and capital market regulations.

He completed advanced training in Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation at Pepperdine University, USA, as a J1 Research Scholar. This programme provided him with a deep understanding of dispute resolution, financial law and litigation, enabling him to effectively combine judicial expertise with practical legal insight.

He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from Ain Shams University, Egypt (2009), and completed the J1 Research Scholar programme at Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law, USA (2023). He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar since 2025. He speaks English and Arabic.
