Keely Muston

Keely Muston is Counsel at Bird & Bird in the United Arab Emirates. Her practice focuses on Construction Law, specialising in the resolution of major energy, resources, construction and infrastructure disputes.

She has experience advising and representing clients on complex, high-value disputes involving projects across the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.

She has acted for owners and contractors in litigation and arbitration proceedings (both domestic and international) and regularly advises on the utilisation of alternative dispute resolution procedures, contract administration and claims management to avoid and manage disputes.

Her experience spans a number of industry sectors, including road and rail transport, airports, education, commercial, residential, retail, tourism and hospitality, conventional and renewable energy, water, IT, oil and gas, process engineering and telecommunications.

She is dual-qualified in Australia and New Zealand.
