Ibrahim Jarjoura

Ibrahim Jarjoura is an Associate at Alsuwaidi & Company, based in the Abu Dhabi office, practicing in Insurance Law. He has over 9 years of experience representing client interests in civil, commercial, employment, and rental disputes, and is a member of the Insurance sector group.

Mr. Jarjoura handles all insurance litigation matters related to medical malpractice, property all risks, fire, cars, marine hull, land and marine cargo, workmen's compensation against work injuries, construction, and contractor's all risk, as well as related claims concerning insurance premiums. He also handles disputes related to commercial, employment, and rental matters.

Prior to joining Alsuwaidi & Company, he was a legal consultant for a leading commercial bank, representing the bank before courts and government, negotiating and drafting legal documents and contracts, overseeing insolvency cases of the bank's clients, and assisting bank managers in compliance and custody matters. He holds an LLB from Damascus University Faculty of Law and is a member of the Syrian Bar Association, Damascus Branch.
