Pardeep Jagpal

Pardeep Jagpal is a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) team at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Telecommunications Law. She advises clients on a wide range of commercial agreements and projects, providing commercial and strategic advice across the technology, retail, oil and gas, and public sectors.

Pardeep has worked on multinational commercial matters, providing IT and commercial contract support to leading organizations. She has particular expertise in technology procurement, software licensing, intellectual property, privacy and cybersecurity, and commercial contracting. Her practice builds on her in‑house experience as Legal and Compliance Counsel for a tier‑1 automotive supplier, which provides her with a practical understanding of commercial operations and regulatory compliance.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2013) and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law (2014). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2018.
