Mohamed El Kholy

Mohamed El Kholy is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in Dubai. His primary practice area is Commercial Litigation.

His area of expertise encompasses real estate property (freehold), construction, banking and finance disputes. He provides legal consultation, prepares memoranda for all stages of the court, and represents the firm's clients before expert meetings and site visits.

He possesses practical experience and is an expert in legal and litigation proceedings before the various courts. He is entrusted by clients with the preparation of pleadings and legal briefs and frequently prepares legal research related to crimes of public funds and procedures for the courts.

He holds a Master's in International Legal Commercial Transactions and Logistics from The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2009) and a Law degree from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University (2003). He was admitted to the Egyptian Lawyers Bar Association in 2004 and speaks Arabic and English.
