Kholoud Hafez

Kholoud Hafez is a Senior Associate whose practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, including commercial litigation and arbitration. She handles local litigation in the UAE and arbitration cases governed by the rules of CRCICA, the ICC and DIAC.

Her experience spans commercial disputes across insurance, aviation, employment, tax, family group companies, construction, and oil and gas. She also advises on complex white collar crimes and public international law with a strong cross-border emphasis.

Kholoud holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the American University in Cairo (2022) and an LL.B. from Cairo University (2014). She is a registered Legal Consultant with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and a member of the Egyptian Bar. She speaks English and Arabic.
