Ibtisam Jaafar Al Raisi is a qualified Emirati Advocate in the Dispute Resolution practice at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the Dubai office. She has full rights of audience before all levels of the UAE Courts and successfully represents clients in a wide range of complex matters, including disputes, real estate, commercial, criminal, and employment matters.

Ms. Al Raisi has a proven track record of mediating disputes between private parties and government agencies, leveraging her deep understanding of laws and regulations governing government agencies to successfully negotiate favourable outcomes for clients. She is well known for her expertise in interviewing witnesses, attending police interrogation sessions and court experts' meetings, and handling police bailing procedures.

She holds an LLB in Law from Sharjah University and is licensed by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department, the UAE Ministry of Justice, and the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
