Eman Ahmed

Eman Ahmed is Of Counsel in the Litigation Department at Al Tamimi & Company, based in Dubai International Financial Centre, focusing on Employment Law. She has been with the firm since 1998 and practises in areas of corporate, civil and criminal law, specialising in labour and employment disputes.

Eman has significant experience advising on a broad range of areas including corporate commercial and employment. She specialises in managing and advising on employment proceedings, and also advises on onshore and offshore employment matters and a variety of issues including end of service entitlements, disciplinary matters, arbitrary dismissal, non-competition and confidentiality agreements.

Her work includes gathering evidence to formulate defences or initiate legal actions, examining legal data, analysing the outcome of cases using knowledge of law and precedents, and preparing legal briefs and opinions on cases and potential disputes.

She advises a varied client base including government entities, multinationals, local companies and organisations.

Her recent experience includes consistently achieving favourable results for clients, including two verdicts in which the settlement exceeded AED 14 million.

She holds a Law Degree from Cairo University (1993) and an LLB in Law with French from Leicester University (1993). She was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 1993 and speaks Arabic and English.
