Asmae Bazaani

Asmae Bazaani is Counsel in the firm's Tax Advisory Law practice, based in the Abu Dhabi office. She advises clients on corporate tax, international tax structuring, transfer pricing, and complex cross-border transactions, with a focus on assisting multinational groups, investment platforms, private equity investors, and family offices with tax-efficient structuring strategies aligned with UAE and international regulatory frameworks.

Ms. Bazaani brings extensive international tax advisory experience gained across leading professional services firms and international law firms in the UAE and Luxembourg. She was a Senior Manager within EY's International Tax and Transaction Services team in the UAE, and previously worked with Deloitte's International Tax and Transfer Pricing teams in Dubai and Luxembourg. She also practiced as a Tax Lawyer at CMS Luxembourg and was seconded to the Saudi tax authority (ZATCA), where she contributed to policy initiatives and regulatory development projects.

She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and holds a Master of Laws from Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium, and a Bachelor's degree in law and criminology from Université de Namur, Belgium. She is fluent in Arabic, English, French, Dutch, German, and Spanish.
