Adnan Al Erqsousi

Adnan Al Erqsousi is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, involving all aspects of civil, property, corporate and commercial litigation.

Adnan's litigation experience includes contractual or tort-based claims, regulatory and precautionary matters, issues of jurisdiction and debt recovery actions. He also provides legal advice on contentious matters surrounding partnership and shareholder issues, property disputes, directors' duties and certain criminal matters such as misappropriation of funds, defamation and fraud, and undertakes due diligence in relation to ongoing and potential litigation.

His recent experience includes representing an offshore fund management company in a criminal matter related to cryptocurrency investment, representing a pharmaceutical company in a multimillion-dirham dispute over a distribution agreement, and advising a development company in several claims against land developers on a man-made island in Ras Al Khaimah. He has also advised a tobacco company on potential litigation with its commercial agent/distributor for cigarette brands in the UAE and advised a governmental entity on outstanding recovery relating to an acquisition in a cement factory.

He holds a BA in Law from the University of Jordan and was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2011. He speaks Arabic and English.
